Pain Therapy 4 U combines practical strategies, mindfulness, and consistency to help you manage pain more effectively. The program features 4 guided audio lessons, each 15 minutes long, with the recommendation of 1 up to 6 weeks of practice per lesson. By creating a mental “safe space” and practicing daily, you’ll train your mind and body to respond differently to pain. This will then reduce your levels of stress and the same control over "where I focus" and "what dominates my thinking" will help you more broadly in life.

Pain Therapy 4 U doesn’t promise to eliminate pain completely, but it does change the way your mind responds to incoming "pain" messages. This change in how you are dominated by pain will allow you to live more comfortably, confidently, and fully. The program reaches back in history to use "pre-medication" techniques of sound and then the memory of sound to control pain. This capacity to perceive pain as "more like an annoying sound" is linked to modern understandings of hypnosis, and even more recent recognition of how the brain "learns": "learning" a new automatic response means that the brain forms new neural connections, and that takes about 6 weeks to complete, not just one lesson.
